CAMPING TRAILER RENTAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES 

RENTAL OFFICE OPERATIONS: Our office hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Open Saturday by appointment only.

CAMPING TRAILER PICK-UPS AND RETURNS:  Camping trailers must be returned by 10am to All J Products at 41610 Brownie Lane, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.  Renter pick-up begins at 1 pm. NO PICK-UPS OR RETURNS ON WEEKENDS except  with pre-approval and with an appointment. 

For an additional service fee, Renters may choose to have the camping trailer dropped off to a location not more than 125 miles from All J Products.  Renters also may choose to have the camping trailer picked up at a location not more than 125 miles from All J Products.  The minimum fee for each drop off or pick up is $150.  Please ask for details if you are interested in this service.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: All renters and drivers must be 21 years of age or older.  No one under 21 years of age is allowed to tow the camping trailer at any time.

DRIVER'S LICENSE AND TOW-VEHICLE INSURANCE: Renters must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance for tow-vehicle; a copy must be provided to All J Products, LLC.  Only the renter or other approved driver noted on this agreement, who also provides proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license, is permitted to tow the camping trailer.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $150 Reservation Deposit will reserve one Off-Road Camping Trailer for pre-specified and scheduled date(s). On the day of departure, the Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the amount due on the rental agreement for trailer rental.   

CONFIRMATION PAYMENT: One-half (1/2) of the total rental fee is due two (2) weeks prior to the departure date. The remaining rental fee balance is due when you pick up the camping trailer. Note: If All J Products is delivering your camping trailer, payment in full is required the day prior to delivery.  If you cancel your reservation two (2) days prior to your scheduled pickup/delivery date, your Confirmation Payment will be entirely forfeited.  See Cancellations below.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your camping trailer rental appointment less than two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled departure date, you will forfeit your Reservation Deposit only; your Confirmation Payment will be returned to you.  If you request a postponement of your rental appointment, you may postpone your appointment up to two (2) months (called a Secondary Appointment) and you will NOT forfeit your Reservation Deposit or your Confirmation Payment.  If you cannot keep your Secondary Appointment and you cancel two (2) weeks and one (1) day prior to your Secondary Appointment, you will forfeit your Reservation Deposit Only.  If you cancel your Secondary Appointment two (2) weeks or less prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery date, you will forfeit both your Reservation Deposit and your Confirmation Payment.

RENTAL PAYMENT:  The Rental Payment is the agreed upon rental charge for the use of one camping trailer for a specified date or date range.  The Rental Payment is 100% due when you pick up your camping trailer.  No exceptions.  In the case of a camping trailer delivery, the Rental Payment is 100% due the day prior to delivery.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS: We accept personal checks, cash, cashier's check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and the majority of all Debit cards.  The Rental Payment can be any of the listed methods noted except for personal check (unless pre-approved by All J Products, LLC).  The Reservation Deposit and the Confirmation Deposit must be made using a personal check, cash, cashier’s check, money Order or traveler’s check.  

TRAILER INSURANCE: It is the responsibility of the renter to provide insurance for the rented trailer. All rental trailers must have 100% insurance coverage. Minimum liability coverage on the trailer must be at least $100,000/$300,000. The renter may be asked to sign a Release of Liability form which will cover the duration of their scheduled rental date(s).

INSURANCE BINDER: You may have the insurance company on the tow vehicle issue a binder listing All J Products, LLC as an additional insured on your policy to cover the unit you are renting. To use this option, the binder must be received no later than 72 hours prior to pick up or delivery. If you choose this option your deposit must equal the deductible on the binder. This option does not cover damage to the camping trailer caused by MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLIGENCE.

TOW-VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: It is your responsibility to obtain and have installed the proper hitch and wiring for the type of trailer you are towing. There will be no refund if a proper hitch and/or wiring is not installed prior to the day of pick up or delivery of your camping trailer.  GET YOUR TOW VEHICLE’S HITCH AND WIRING CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
NOTE: Minimum hitch and wiring requirements are as follows:
To tow this type of trailer requires the tow vehicle to be equipped with a minimum of a CLASS III receiver hitch and a minimum 4-pin wiring plug. All other hitch parts are included with your rental unit.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Towing a trailer both on- and off-road requires extreme care. It is your responsibility to follow all traffic laws and to drive in a safe and courteous manner.  Remember the camping trailer is light, so don’t forget you are towing it!  Our trailers are designed for off-road and remote travel, however, driving off-road is risky and you assume ALL risks in doing so.  The renter is responsible for paying for the replacement value and any labor and shipping costs associated with repairing any All J Products, LLC camping trailer that has damaged, misused, abused, or missing equipment/parts/accessories, etc.

SPARE TIRES: We do not supply spare tires. An ARB Speedy Seal plug kit is supplied with each trailer.  If you use this kit, please let us know so we can restock the kit.  This kit sells for $39.99 plus applicable CA sales tax if you are interested in purchasing a kit for your own use on your tow vehicle.  (We DO NOT assume responsibility for flat tires, so watch out for debris in the road or potential damage that can occur when taking the camping trailer off-road.)  If a tire is damaged, you will be responsible for its replacement value.

REMEMBER: All rentals are for a contracted time period. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS OR LATE PICK UP.

LATE CHARGES: A late charge of $85 per day will apply.  If the Camping Trailer is more than one (1) week late, All J Products, LLC has the right to notify the Sheriff that the camping trailer has been stolen.  The replacement value of a base model camping trailer is $4250.00.

CLEANING CHARGES: A minimum of $50 will be charged for any camping trailer that is not clean upon return. The interior of the trailer storage area must be swept and wiped clean.  The interior of the camping tent must be completely cleaned and must not have any stains, rips, or damage whatsoever to either the tent material or the mattress.  Any stains to the mattress (blood, food, beverage, etc.) that cannot be removed will result in the renter purchasing a mattress from All J Products to replace the damaged item.  The exterior of the camping tent must be completely cleaned before installing the tent cover.  The tent cover does not need to be cleaned. Any damage to the tent is the responsibility of the renter.  Please see “Your Responsibility” section above.

CAMPING TRAILERS MAY NOT BE TAKEN TO ALASKA, CANADA OR MEXICO WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE OWNERS OF ALL J PRODUCTS, LLC.
